Profile of Bagyalakshmi

Dedicated and qualified Behavior Analyst with a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and behavioral challenges using evidence-based techniques. With over 7 years of experience in the field, I bring expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), specializing in working with autistic children and their families.

Transitioning from a corporate background, I embarked on a journey to fulfill my calling in assisting children under the Autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities. Starting as a Learning Support Assistant in Dubai, I progressed to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), implementing ABA programs across clinical, home, and school settings.

My commitment to continuous learning led me to pursue a Master's in Psychology while working as an RBT in Chennai. During the pandemic, I adapted ABA programs to a telehealth model, serving clients from diverse backgrounds and languages, showcasing my proficiency in program translation and implementation.

Furthering my education, I completed coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Tech University, earning certifications as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and subsequently, a QualifiedBehavior Analyst (QBA). Additionally, I acquired a Bachelor's in Special Education (Intellectual Disability) and RCI Licensed Special Educator credentials.

Last year, I realized my dream of founding "The Outcomes ABA," where we oVer ABA therapy, Social Skills training, school readiness programs, and special education services across our centers in Vadapalani and Porur. Beyond direct therapy, I provide consultancy services to schools and hospitals, fostering collaboration and inclusive practices.

Outside of work, I enjoy indulging in podcasts, Netflix series, and traveling with loved ones.
